At Iceberg Actuarial in the B2B Actuarial Consulting Services space, Expert Actuarial Consulting for Strategic Business Growth and Risk Management.

Our client, an established and financially strong P&C insurance organization, is seeking an entrepreneurial actuarial leader to build and lead its actuarial function. This is a unique opportunity to bring a startup mentality to a stable organization, with the ability to shape actuarial strategy, infrastructure, processes, and ultimately build and develop a team. The role will initially be highly hands-on and is ideal for someone who enjoys creating rather than simply maintaining an existing function. Candidates may come from either Personal Lines or Commercial Lines and should be an FCAS or Career ACAS with strong P&C actuarial experience, leadership potential, and a builder mentality. AI will be an important part of the organization’s future, and the successful candidate will bring vision around how AI can enhance actuarial work, pricing, analytics, processes, and decision-making.
