Location: 5 on-site days a week in Sunnyvale, CA (Contract, Part-Time) Our Team's Vision: This role offers strong exposure to Workplace Services and a clear path to grow into a full-time role with increased ownership across office operations and workplace programs. We are hiring two Workplace Experience Coordinators (Contract, Part-Time) to support daily office operations at our Sunnyvale HQ. These roles play a key part in delivering a seamless, welcoming, and secure workplace experience for employees, visitors, and vendors. Your Impact: This position is highly visible and operationally important, with strong potential to grow into a full-time opportunity over time. Schedule & Flexibility We are hiring for two shifts (Monday-Friday, on-site in Sunnyvale): • Morning shift: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM • Afternoon shift: 12:00 - 5:00 PM While each role has a defined schedule, flexibility is appreciated based on business needs. This may include supporting occasional additional hours, providing coverage across shifts, and assisting with limited remote administrative tasks when applicable. Compensation Hourly rate in the range of $30-$40/hour, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, delivering a warm and professional experience • Manage visitor check-in, badging, and compliance • Ensure adherence to office security protocols • Oversee front-of-house operations with strong ownership • Receive and manage deliveries and keep common areas organized • Support employees with workplace needs and logistics • Coordinate vendors and daily office activity • Support office amenities programs, including catering planning and management • Partner with Workplace, IT, and Security teams • Support operational tracking and reporting • Assist with expense tracking and cost allocation Your Toolkit: • Strong communication skills and professional presence • Reliable, punctual, and highly accountable • Service-oriented with strong attention to detail • Comfortable in fast-paced environments • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools • Good judgment and awareness of security standards Preferred Experience • Spanish language skills are a plus • Experience in front desk, hospitality, or workplace operations Our Commitment Illumio believes that an environment of unique backgrounds, experiences, viewpoints, and individual contributions creates a culture of belonging, drives our future, and makes us stronger together in support of our customers and their success.
