<p>The Commercial Finance Lead will serve as a Finance expert to KnowBe4.  This role is responsible for supporting a select business area with strategic decision-making and strategic initiatives, will be providing oversight and analytical support for key strategies and initiatives, and making recommendations that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.  </p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Act as the finance and strategy business partner to a dedicated sales team</li>

<li>Responsible for monthly results reporting</li>

<li>Analyze business drivers and communicate findings to Finance and Sales leadership</li>

<li>Foresee key business issues and provide regular reporting, forecasting, and as-needed analyses as well as data-driven recommendations to KnowBe4</li>

<li>Responsible for the area budget and monthly forecasting</li>

<li>Responsible for personnel planning to ensure area sales goals are met</li>

<li>Assess financial impact of business decisions as they pertain to the sales team</li>

<li>Work alongside Sales leadership and Analytics team to create and manage and evaluate the effectiveness of commission plans </li>

<li>Coordinate with Operations, Financial Systems and Analytics teams to obtain data needed for complex analyses</li>

<li>Coordinate with the Sales and Analytics teams to develop pricing and discount recommendations to maximize profitability margins</li>

<li>Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which KnowBe4 gives significant weight</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>MBA preferred</li>

<li>Bachelors in Finance or Economic preferred</li>

<li>Minimum 5 years of progressive experience working in Corporate Finance or on Strategic Teams </li>

<li>Experience in a Public company preferred</li>

<li>Experience in Technology industry preferred</li>

<li>CFA preferred</li>

<li>Working knowledge of GAAP </li>

<li>Proficiency in building financial models</li>

<li>Proficiency in working with large data sets with Access, Excel (including modeling and VBA) and SQL</li>

<li>A high degree of analytical capability with the demonstrated ability to structure business case around a high-level strategic vision</li>

<li>Strong strategic skills, with the proven ability to identify and assess key points, implications and recommendations</li>

<li>An advanced understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes</li>

</ul>

<p>The base pay for this position is up to $225,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.</p>
