KnowBe4 Culture

Every morning at KnowBe4, employees start their workday with a 5-20 minute company-wide daily briefing, where our CEO, Stu, and other executives, update all Knowsters about current happenings in KnowBe4 and within our industry. Next, all departments at KnowBe4 collaborate during daily team stand-up meetings, so every employee is fully aware of what others on their team are working on. These quick, yet effective check-ins, allow Knowsters to communicate with one another while also having dedicated time to coordinate, brainstorm, and share ideas.

At KnowBe4, we recognize the value of building a diverse team that draws on different backgrounds and experiences. Our culture heavily focuses on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. For example, we offer employee resource groups to all of our employees. Additionally, all employees are encouraged to bring their ideas forth to leadership with our “no-door policy.” We even have a suggestion box where all employees can submit their ideas to make KnowBe4 even better!

Health insurance benefits begin on the first day of the month after an employee's official start date. Many other benefits, such as office perks and gym benefits, start on day one. After 90 days, Knowsters have access to nearly all benefits, including the monthly bonus program that can reward employees between $0 and $2,000 per month based on company sales performance.

Yes! KnowBe4 has employees working remotely from many different states across the U.S. and internationally. Remote employees receive all necessary equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset) shipped before their start date. The company maintains its culture virtually through daily company-wide briefings, virtual team standups, virtual coffee corners, and online events.

All new employees are onboarded remotely through a comprehensive and fun process. New Knowsters are treated to lunch via food delivery services, welcomed with a virtual coffee corner where any drink can be ordered and reimbursed, and participate in fun activities designed to integrate them into the KnowBe4 community. An onboarding team reaches out before the start date to confirm all details and provide setup guidance.

Yes! After six months of employment, employees can pursue certifications and college courses that will be reimbursed, with some coming with a cash bonus upon completion. Employees can receive up to $5,250 per year in tuition reimbursement. KnowBe4 also encourages employees to dedicate one hour per day to learning new skills.

KnowBe4 has a company-wide monthly bonus program available to all employees after the first 90 days of employment. Based on company sales performance, employees can earn between $0 and $2,000 per month. This program unites all Knowsters around common goals and ensures everyone shares in the company's success.
