<p>The Senior Director of Sales is responsible for managing, monitoring, coaching, and training a team of SMB Account Executive Directors&nbsp; and SMB Account Executives. This position will make a direct impact on KnowBe4 strategic success by driving the revenue-generating activities and identifying opportunities to improve sales techniques that increase productivity.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor team and subordinate SMB employee statistics</li>
<li>Partner with the Director of Training to set up training for Account Executives who need coaching and implement strategy to improve their sales performance and efficiency.</li>
<li>Ensure SMB Directors are effectively assisting their subordinates in managing accurate pipelines and exceeding their sales goals</li>
<li>Assist with the recruitment of additional personnel&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct bi-monthly pipeline reviews with your Directors</li>
<li>Meet/exceed overall revenue objectives for the SMB Account Executive Area</li>
<li>Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management</li>
<li>Ensure accurate forecasting is provided to sales leadership team</li>
<li>Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which KnowBe4 gives significant weigh</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience successfully running a sales organization and or territory</li>
<li>Experience managing a SaaS sales force and/or managing a sales force in the IT Security space (exceeding quota on a consistent basis)</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce is a plus</li>
<li>Experience with Gmail and Google Docs</li>
<li>Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)</li>
<li>Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communications</li>
<li>Excellent time management and organization skills</li>
<li>Strong ability to motivate and increase sales using a positive approach</li>
<li>Strong coaching skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Persuasive communication skills</li>
<li>Strong team player</li>
<li>Able to motivate a sales team</li>
<li>Strong analytical, strategic mindset and negotiation skills</li>
