<p><strong>Remote positions open to the US only.</strong></p>

<p>The Executive Assistant to the CFO will handle everyday tasks that assist both the Finance team and the CFO. The ideal individual will have a good understanding of finance/accounting/investor relations and the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This position is also responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the financial sector, including major projects that impact KnowBe4 on a global scale. </p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Liaise with the Board of Directors, potential investors, law firms, banks, insurance companies, research analysts, investor relations and other professionals on behalf of finance leadership </li>

<li>Assist in the recruitment and vetting of top quality candidates for the financial sector </li>

<li>Ensure key finance deliverables are monitored and timely</li>

<li>Create and manage OKRs for the finance department</li>

<li>Coordinate with tax and treasury departments to ensure the timely and accurate completion of banking documentation</li>

<li>Procure any items for the finance department</li>

<li>Assist with the Quarterly earnings call logistics</li>

<li>Help manage the email inbox and route correspondence for the CFO</li>

<li>Take minutes for the CFO when needed</li>

<li>Create powerpoint presentations as needed for management</li>

<li>Coordinate team building activities</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in the finance department</li>

<li>Minimum 2 years of experience with project management and coordination</li>

<li>Proficient in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint), and Docusign/Adobe sign</li>

<li>Notary Public would be an added plus</li>

</ul>

<p>The salary for this position ranges from $90,000-$100,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.</p>
