<p>The HR Operations Specialist (International) is responsible for providing operational support to the HR Manager as well as developing and facilitating initiatives to help create a collaborative and inclusive office environment/company culture.</p>
<p>This includes supporting various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel based on KnowBe4’s established company goals and objectives. In addition, the ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach in assisting the HR Manager managing day-to-day HR issues by acting as a contact for managers and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR policies and employee related questions when the HR Manager is absent.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in drafting and implementing robust HR policies, procedures and processes in line with KnowBe4’s culture and core values, including the development of the employee handbook&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide operative and administrative support to the Director of People Operations throughout the employee lifecycle in a confidential and sensitive manner (e.g. but not limited to&nbsp; on- and offboardings, employee relations matters including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, leaves, absence, retirement and redundancy)</li>
<li>Assist the Director of People Operations in managing compliance requirements with regards to employee contracts, bonuses, pensions and related matters.</li>
<li>Assist in handling time off requests for holidays, illness and other types of leave</li>
<li>Assist the Director of People Operations with benefits administration, selection and coordination with vendors</li>
<li>Handling of logistical office needs including ordering of supplies, dealing with vendors and greeting visitors&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate on-boarding for new employees</li>
<li>Manage the budget allocated for the office ensuring that we are within budget for all culture/office spend</li>
<li>Assist the DoPO/POM in the execution of HR projects</li>
<li>Come up with creative ideas to keep KnowBe4 culture alive</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-functional events, end of month lunch/dinners, staff birthdays, shipping employee goodies etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Partner with our US-based Culture team to ensure alignment with culture objectives</li>
<li>Assist in the creation and implementation of local diversity initiatives</li>
<li>Support with HR projects when needed</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred</li>
<li>&nbsp;Experience within HR Operations desired</li>
<li>Strong administration skills</li>
<li>Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office</li>
<li>A high level of confidentiality</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li>
<li>Customer focused attitude&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li>Very familiar with computers; Macbooks are a plus.&nbsp;</li>
