Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in performance video creative within a high-volume in-house creative team or performance marketing agency.
  • Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, gaming, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full video creation process, from concept development and scripting to editing, sound design, and final delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered video and image generation tools.
  • A portfolio showcasing paid video campaigns, including two or three complete video examples.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other major advertising platforms.
  • Experience working within structured creative testing programs.
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards.
  • Experience creating marketing assets that accommodate compliance requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
