About the Role

At Kuits in the Professional Services space, Trusted commercial legal advice driving growth across the North West.

We are looking for a 2-4 year PQE solicitor with a background in Banking. As such, they’ll have experience in drafting and reviewing banking documentation and bespoke facilities documents, including things such as Loan Market Agreements. As they’ll have to work across teams, they’ll need to be an organised and cheerful individual, able to manage and plan their work and be a good communicator.
