LesserEvil is an organic/natural food manufacturer in Danbury, CT. Just like most of our customers we are extremely passionate about the ingredients we put in our foods. While all of our products are non-gmo verified, some of our products are not all organic, like our new cookie line. While we love to provide organics we have learned that some ingredients are not readily available or are overly cost prohibitive in organic form.
