A Recruitment Consultant will experience our 12 week training in our launch and ignition courses to become a high performing sales and recruitment professional. Our Miami office is our most recent US office and start up life doesn’t get more luxurious than our new Miami home. Located in the sophisticated Sabadell Center, in the heart of Brickell – the thriving business district. We’re well positioned to embrace the arts and culture scene, exciting restaurants, nightlife, outdoor shopping and picturesque bayfront parks.

Requirements
- Former sales, recruitment or client / phone based experience preferred
- A desire for in-office presence with a start up, all hands on deck mentality
- Fulfillment through KPI centered goals and targets and clear promotional expectations
- A self-motivated, and self-starter attitude with the ability to identify, and create advancement opportunities alongside our experienced team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Uphold the ‘Good Human’ ethos - Supportive team-player mindset for healthy culture and productive working relations

- Competitive salary ($50,000 - $60,000 USD Base Salary) + Commission + Equity
