Why This Is a Most Loved Workplace® Certified Job

S

Systemic Collaboration

they can actively see the difference they are making in the lives of those around them each and every day they come to work. We take care of our clients, and each other. Watching clients grow and heal in the treatment process is part of our work, and in order to realize our mission, we must all believe in a positive future for ourselves and our clients.

P

Positive Vision for the Future

they guide everything we do. On the first day of work, employees complete an exercise where they are asked to identify their own top 2 values, and to identify what behaviors arise for them when they are “showing up” and aligned with their values, and what behaviors arise when they are “struggling or slipping” and not in alignment with their values. By sharing this, we are able to support each other and ensure that we are leaning in to not only Lightfully Behavioral Health’s “shining commitments”, but also to our personal values.

A

Alignment of Values

sharing her own mistakes and lessons learned. She recently said: “We have the honor of helping our patients get better. But my goal is equally to enhance, change and improve the lives of individuals who work for us. I want you to leave Lightfully feeling like you’ve left a better person.” She uses that as a benchmark for success in Lightfully Behavioral Health, and it is a powerful reminder of how committed she is to our mission and values.

R

Respect

fostering a culture of vulnerability and building belonging. In the workplace, we believe that full, authentic participation depends on vulnerability and psychological safety. Leaders share their mistakes and lessons learned, and we encourage our colleagues to use their voice when something isn’t working well. We actively solicit ideas through innovation sessions with our executive team members, and always consider the impact to our teams as we make business decisions.

K

Killer Outcomes

working together on a multidisciplinary team, with a singular goal in mind: changing lives, compassionately. Each clinical department collaborates closely on every client’s treatment plan to ensure we are treating the whole person. Our corporate teams collaborate closely on special project work, moving together through the ups and downs of a start-up company’s growth cycle.
