On the first day of work, employees complete an exercise where they are asked to identify their own top 2 values, and to identify what behaviors arise for them when they are “showing up” and aligned with their values, and what behaviors arise when they are “struggling or slipping” and not in alignment with their values. By sharing this, we are able to support each other and ensure that we are leaning in to not only Lightfully Behavioral Health’s “shining commitments”, but also to our personal values.
