Our Nashville depot is the first proof point in a multi-market expansion, and we're building the team to sustain and scale it.</p>

<p>Lyft is looking for an experienced professional to serve as the Program Lead, Onboarding & Certification, supporting our growing network of Autonomous Vehicle (AV) partnership sites. We’re searching for a detail-oriented team member with experience supporting onboarding, certification, and provisioning processes who is passionate about process excellence, continuous improvement, and best-in-class operations, and who has a desire to make a big impact. This role guides onboarding and certification support on behalf of Flexdrive’s AV partnership locations across the United States.</p>

<p>Reporting to the Program Manager, Field Operations Strategy, the Program Lead, Onboarding & Certification supports the day-to-day onboarding, certification, and provisioning needs of team members working at our AV partnership sites, operating within established practices and processes. You’ll be a crucial conduit between internal partners and the local teams that support AV operations and manage vehicles on the ground, ensuring effective two-way communication and alignment on top priorities.
