As AV deployments scale, the programs that govern our partnerships, from pre-launch planning through ongoing operations, become a critical foundation for sustainable growth. This role sits at the center of that work, owning the end-to-end management of our autonomous partnership programs and serving as the primary face of Lyft to our external partners.</p>

<p>As a qualified candidate, you have a proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in fast-moving environments. You are a skilled communicator who can represent Lyft externally with credibility and care, while driving alignment across a wide range of internal teams. You are energized by the combination of strategic relationship management and hands-on operational rigor, you know how to stay close to the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. You bring sound judgment, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.</p>

<h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>Own program management end-to-end, from launch planning through ongoing operations, including creating launch plans, driving internal alignment on milestones and deliverables, managing workstream trackers, and ensuring quality of deliverables</li>

<li>Serve as the primary external point of contact for partners, leading regular syncs, managing day-to-day communications, and building the trusted relationships needed to navigate complex programs and surface issues proactively over time</li>

<li>Act as the central hub across cross-functional internal teams supporting the program; drive alignment on priorities and decisions, escalate issues with the right context, and be accountable for resolution </li>

<li>Monitor program health and performance on a regular cadence; lead structured deep dives on customer experience, operational quality, and other key areas; present findings and share data and insights internally and with partners</li>

<li>Drive program optimization and manage the joint roadmap with partners, own the project intake process, gather requirements and impact sizing from partners, coordinate prioritization across internal teams, and ensure execution against agreed commitments</li>

<li>Identify and address gaps in processes, partner experience, or operational execution, proactively flagging risks and driving continuous improvement across the program lifecycle</li>

</ul>

<h2><strong>Experience</strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>5+ years of experience in program management, relationship management, operations, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in complex, multi-team environments and externally-facing programs</li>

<li>Proven track record serving as a face of Lyft externally, managing partner or customer relationships with professionalism and sound judgment</li>

<li>Strong program management skills, ability to drive multiple structured workstreams simultaneously across a wide range of stakeholders without losing sight of the details</li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing materials for and presenting to senior internal and external audiences</li>

<li>Experience managing joint roadmaps, intake processes, or cross-functional prioritization frameworks</li>

<li>Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities and processes continue to evolve</li>

<li>Familiarity with the AV, automotive, or mobility ecosystem is a plus</li>

<p>Lyft highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. <p>The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is<strong> </strong>CAD $108,000 - CAD $135,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
