<p>Lyft is looking for a strategic partner to the business to support our Global Contingent Workforce Program. The Program Lead will balance strategic priorities while helping to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, working cross functionally with teams like Legal, IT, Procurement and our hiring managers. You’ll report to the contingent workforce program manager and help the team prepare to grow their global footprint while automating and creating education around the CW programs ability to support. </p>

<h2><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>Work cross-functionally to support day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program</li>

<li>Help manage the MSP and VMS teams including process, supplier management and automation</li>

<li>Identify areas of risk proactively and partner with cross-functional teams to drive solutions to mitigate such risks</li>

<li>Identify operational opportunities and help improve existing or develop new processes</li>

<li>Consult with business leaders to better understand their workforce needs and advise on the appropriate strategy</li>

<li>Establish and develop relationships with all key stakeholders: suppliers, internal customers, internal People team, Procurement, Legal, IT, and other business stakeholders to drive and understand global operational needs </li>

<li>Ensure compliance among contingent workforce and suppliers</li>

</ul>

<h2><strong>Experience: </strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>3+ years work experience in project management, managing complex and business critical projects</li>

<li>Comprehensive understanding of contingent workforce guidelines and best practices, as well as contingent workforce risk and compliance strategies</li>

<li>Experience documenting processes and creating step-by-step guides or SOPs, with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear, repeatable documentation</li>

<li>Experience working in any Vendor Management System (VMS)</li>

<li>Self-directed, detailed oriented problem solver with demonstrated experience in developing and improving processes</li>

<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>

<li><strong>Bonus points:</strong></li>

<ul>

<li>2+ years of experience in workforce management and Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations</li>

<li>Experience in data analysis, with the ability to review complex datasets and extract key insights to inform strategic decision-making</li>

<li>Experience with automation tools such as Claude</li>

</ul>

<p>Lyft highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule following the establishment of a Lyft office in Nashville — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Lyft considers working in the office at least 3 days per week to be an essential function of this hybrid role. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid</p>

<p>The expected base pay range for this position in the Nashville area is $72,160 - $90,200, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
