<p><span data-contrast="none">The Coordinator, People & Workplace Experience is a foundational role for someone who wants broad exposure, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to learn how a growing business operates from the inside. You'll sit at the center of MEI's employee experience in our NYC office and help build the connective tissue that keeps people connected to one another and to MEI — all while getting direct exposure to executive support, workplace operations, culture and events, and cross-office collaboration.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="none">This is a highly visible, high-touch role that reports into the Director, People & Talent. In this role, you'll be responsible not just for making the day-to-day run exceptionally well, but for anticipating needs, connecting dots, and finding smarter ways to work as MEI grows.
