As a Talent Manager, you discover promising fashion creators on Instagram, invite them to Trendweave, onboard them, and mentor them to their first earnings. You build and manage your own roster of creators, focusing on people while Trendweave handles advertisers, tracking, statistics, and payouts.

Requirements
- You’re active on Instagram and can tell a promising creator from a pretty feed
- Confident, friendly communication in DMs and on WhatsApp (English or Hindi; regional languages a plus)
- Self-driven: this is a flexible remote role — 1–2 focused hours a day is a solid start
- No prior experience required — students, homemakers, SMM freelancers and career-switchers all welcome
