<p>The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution and tactical management of marketing initiatives for Momentum. This role will carry out marketing initiatives set forth by the business, leveraging creativity, ingenuity, and personal marketing expertise to build and coordinate tactics across channels. The ideal candidate should be a strong writer, versed in core marketing disciplines, with familiarity of best practices in digital marketing (including but not limited to digital advertising, digital PR, and campaign management), sales support, and event planning.</p>

<p>Content Creation:</p>
<ul>
<li>The ideal candidate will be a strong business-to-business (B2B) writer and bring expertise in managing a content calendar. The candidate possesses a keen understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to position our messaging within these contexts for maximum impact. Content creation responsibilities cover both external brand marketing across channels and sales aids</li>
</ul>
<p>Campaigns:</p>
<ul>
<li>Create and project manage the deployment of brand content across content types to achieve campaign goals, providing input from expertise to align tactics with strategy.</li>
<li>Owns and manages creation of articles, whitepapers, reports, case studies, social posts, etc.</li>
<li>Owns and manages relationship with trade publications to pitch or vet paid article opportunities.</li>
</ul>
<p>Social Media Management:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and independently manage robust social media content calendar including coverage of corporate initiatives and culture posts, campaign posts, brand posts.</li>
<li>Create polished, well-designed and on-brand images for social posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) with Canva.</li>
<li>Utilize brand voice and industry appropriate writing style to craft visuals and leading copy.</li>
</ul>
<p>Sales Enablement:</p>
<ul>
<li>Translate market positioning and value prop into highly compelling sales collateral that aligns with customer needs (1-pagers, brochures, slides).</li>
</ul>
<p>Events:</p>
<ul>
<li>As sponsors and speakers at several industry events per year, the Marketing Manager plays a key role in managing the assets and materials needed to fulfill the sponsorship requirements. The Marketing Manager will project manage and support promotional marketing associated with maximizing events.</li>
<li>Serve as primary contact to track and action event coordination comms from vendor.</li>
<li>Track and remit marketing deliverables needed leading up to event.</li>
<li>Liaise with sales to inform and update on logistics information from vendor.</li>
<li>Order booth supplies from our inventory management platform to provide swag, booth hardware, etc.</li>
<li>Manage pre- and post-event promotion marketing as part of campaign strategy from Sr. Director.</li>
<li>Track swag inventory in our inventory management platform and recommend restock or new items as needed.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Required Education and/or Experience: &nbsp; </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;5-7 years of direct experience in marketing or communications within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills: &nbsp; </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working in biopharma solution providers and/or with patient facing digital health solutions preferred</li>
<li>Highly developed in professional presentation and written communication skills</li>
<li>Expert ability to independently manage projects from concept to completion</li>
<li>Robust content development &amp; business writing experience</li>
<li>High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change</li>
<li>Canva or related design knowledge and vision; experience creating/posting across all social media channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with senior management</li>
<li>Problem-solving, critical thinking skills to interpret data for insights that support informed decisions</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in developing and executing content for marketing plans and managing a content calendar</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including legal/regulatory requirements, drug development lifecycle, and market trends</li>
</ul>

<p>Travel: &nbsp; &nbsp;Less than 20%</p>
<p>Working Conditions: &nbsp; &nbsp;Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.</p>
<p>Physical Requirements: &nbsp; &nbsp;Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English. Ability to communicate effectively (hear, listen, speak) with or without reasonable accommodations.</p>
