In this role, you will assist with the drafting, review, and management of commercial agreements, support contract workflows, and help ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a commercial paralegal or contracts specialist.
- Strong understanding of contract principles, commercial terms, and legal terminology.
- Proficiency in reviewing and redlining contracts using Microsoft Word or similar tools.
- Experience with contract management software (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, Concord, Coupa, etc.).
