<p data-start="141" data-end="730">As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a key driver of NEO4j’s growth across India, with a primary focus on Public Sector customers including Government Ministries, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Defence, Smart Cities, Law Enforcement, and other strategic government agencies. Based in Delhi (preferred), you will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives, customers, and ecosystem partners to articulate business value, shape technical solutions, and accelerate the adoption of graph technology across some of the country's most complex and mission-critical initiatives.</p>

<p data-start="732" data-end="1206">This role requires a combination of technical expertise, consultative solution selling, and an understanding of the Public Sector procurement landscape, stakeholder ecosystem, and regulatory requirements. You will engage in deep technical and business discovery, support the sales process through value-based selling, and collaborate with key partners, including hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), strategic ISVs, and System Integrators to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.</p>

<li data-section-id="1c5sb0c" data-start="1303" data-end="1389">Serve as the primary technical advisor for Public Sector opportunities across India.</li>

<li data-section-id="13wwbgx" data-start="1390" data-end="1565">Engage with senior government stakeholders, technical teams, and procurement organizations to understand strategic initiatives and align NEO4j solutions to mission outcomes.</li>

<li data-section-id="r3dbhv" data-start="1566" data-end="1674">Support complex RFP, RFI, and tender responses, ensuring NEO4j's value proposition is clearly articulated.</li>

<li data-section-id="lrruyz" data-start="1675" data-end="1808">Develop solution architectures that address government requirements around security, scalability, compliance, and data sovereignty.</li>

<li data-section-id="fg4mb8" data-start="1848" data-end="2030">Build strong relationships with leading Public Sector-focused System Integrators and consulting partners including TCS, Infosys, LTIMindtree, Wipro, HCLTech, Tech Mahindra, and EY.</li>

<li data-section-id="qvrkyz" data-start="2031" data-end="2126">Collaborate with hyperscaler Public Sector teams to identify and execute joint opportunities.</li>

<li data-section-id="qlvbln" data-start="2127" data-end="2222">Support partner enablement activities focused on government use cases and solution offerings.</li>

<li data-section-id="12mdeju" data-start="2386" data-end="2519">Strong understanding of government procurement processes, tendering frameworks, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.</li>

<li data-section-id="1n83h19" data-start="2520" data-end="2605">Experience working with major System Integrators supporting Public Sector accounts.</li>

<li data-section-id="5z1epj" data-start="2606" data-end="2707">Ability to engage credibly with both technical practitioners and senior government decision-makers.</li>
