The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, expert platform knowledge, and a proven track record of translating complex data into actionable strategies that deliver exceptional ROI.</p>

<p><strong>Strategic Media Planning & Development:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Own the strategic development and refinement of comprehensive media plans</strong>, with a strong emphasis on digital channels, collaborating closely with the Media Lead and external media agencies.</li>

<li><strong>Drive the integration of performance marketing strategies </strong>across all brand touchpoints (paid, owned, earned) to ensure cohesive, timely, and highly efficient campaign execution.</li>

<li><strong>Proactively identify and champion innovative media ideas and experimental initiatives </strong>to unlock new growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Performance Analysis & Optimization:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Conduct in-depth performance analysis</strong>, leveraging advanced analytics tools to generate actionable insights for Integrated Category Reviews and Media Reviews.</li>

<li><strong>Develop and implement a robust data-driven strategy </strong>to continuously optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with key business objectives and KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, LTV, Conversion Rate).</li>

<li><strong>Formulate and apply strategic frameworks </strong>to diagnose complex business problems within the performance marketing domain, develop testable hypotheses, and deliver data-backed recommendations for improvement.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Leadership & Collaboration:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Serve as the primary strategic owner for paid media initiatives </strong>across assigned clients/brands, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders.</li>

<li><strong>Lead strategic initiatives </strong>that extend beyond traditional media KPIs, focusing on holistic business growth and market share expansion.</li>

<li><strong>Drive continuous media performance management</strong>, including rigorous competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and define optimal media sufficiency across the entire media mix.</li>

<li><strong>Act as a subject matter expert</strong>, upskilling internal marketing teams in digital performance best practices through collaborative training and knowledge sharing.</li>

<p><strong>Local Market Strategy & Innovation:</strong></p>

<li><strong>Develop and localize comprehensive media strategies </strong>in partnership with brand teams, ensuring optimal media spend effectiveness and efficiency across all paid, owned, and earned channels.</li>

<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.</li>

<li>Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in <strong>leading and executing full-funnel performance marketing campaigns</strong> within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating expertise in total media planning across multiple paid media platforms.</li>

<li><strong>Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience in Digital Media and Performance Marketing</strong>, with a strong understanding of attribution models, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.</li>

<li><strong>Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills</strong>, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.</li>

<li>Proven track record of <strong>successfully managing strategic projects and influencing senior stakeholders</strong> to achieve significant business growth KPIs directly attributed to paid media strategy.</li>

<li><strong>Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience</strong> with leading performance marketing platforms, including:
