<p>The VP, Account Group Supervisor is a senior client leadership role responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional client experiences, and leading integrated teams to produce work that creates measurable impact. As a trusted strategic advisor, this individual develops deep client partnerships, proactively identifies opportunities, and ensures the agency consistently delivers against both brand objectives and business goals.<br><br>This leader serves as the connective tissue across strategy, creative, medical, digital, analytics, and project management disciplines, bringing teams together around a shared vision and ensuring the highest standards of collaboration, execution, and innovation. The VP, Account Group Supervisor is equally comfortable navigating executive-level client conversations, managing complex launches, mentoring talent, and driving operational excellence.<br><br>Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, team leadership, and relentless commitment to delivering work that exceeds expectations.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<li>Serve as a strategic business partner to senior client stakeholders, bringing proactive recommendations that advance both brand and organizational objectives.</li>

<li>Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities to expand agency engagement across brands, functions, and capabilities.</li>

<li>Champion integrated thinking across all agency disciplines to ensure solutions are strategically sound, creatively compelling, medically accurate, and operationally executable.</li>

<li>Lead annual brand planning, launch readiness, and long-range business discussions with clients and internal teams.</li>

<li>Elevate the quality of work by challenging teams to deliver ideas and solutions that move beyond expectations and create meaningful impact.</li>

<li>Anticipate client needs, market shifts, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities, helping clients navigate complexity and make informed decisions.</li>

<li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the account team.</li>

<li>Partner with agency leadership to ensure account health, resource optimization, profitability, and talent development.</li>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>10+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences advertising experience with progressive leadership responsibility.</li>

<li>Demonstrated success leading complex, integrated brand assignments, including launches and high-growth brands.</li>

<li>Experience managing senior client relationships and presenting to executive stakeholders.</li>

<li>Proven track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.</li>

<li>Strong commercial and financial acumen, including scope management, forecasting, and profitability oversight.</li>

<li>Ability to influence across functions and lead through complexity and change.</li>
