<p><strong> </strong><strong>Admin and Organizational Skills</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Assistance in day-to-day administration (i.e. booking of meetings, preparation of documents and materials for meetings/events) for team</li>

<li>Produce contact reports/minutes of meeting after meetings with clients</li>

<li>Day-to-day communications with working team on operational and/or admin work Consistently maintain a high standard of communication with colleagues and clients</li>

<li>Keeping track of team meetings and/or updating the meeting tracker</li>

<li>Assist in handling day-to-day administration of accounts</li>

<li>Assist to request for quotations from 3rd party</li>

<li>Prepare dispatch to send materials to 3rd party/ partner agencies</li>

</ul>

<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Media Monitoring & Basic Media Relations</span></h1>

<hr>

<ul>

<li>Daily media monitoring and clippings process for clients</li>

<li>Calculate results and compilation of coverage template for clients</li>

<li>Media calls to follow-up on RSVP for events and coverage for releases, providing updates to managers/clients</li>

<li>Production, preparation and dissemination of event and media materials, including press kits, goodie bags, gifts and collaterals</li>

<li>Assist working team on-site at events to manage and register the media</li>

<li>Compilation and reporting of media attendance sheets and follow-ups with media where necessary</li>

<li>Assist Account Executive to prepare first draft of all project/monthly/year-end coverage and activity reports for accounts</li>

</ul>

<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Originating Documents and Materials</span></h1>

<ul>

<li>Draft and produce documents listed below with minimal or no grammatical errors/typos before further editing by senior:

<li>Event agendas</li>

<li>Media invitations</li>

<li>Media releases</li>

<li>Fact sheets / company profiles / bios</li>

</ul>

<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Participation in Brainstorming and Planning Sessions</span></h1>

<ul>

<li>Demonstrate active participation in support and contribute to working team’s planning sessions</li>

<li>Brainstorming for ideas</li>

<li>Assist in doing research for information (i.e. Desk research and dipstick surveys), including summarizing key findings and insights for discussion and use in planning</li>

<li>Prepare tactical execution slides, as well as general formatting and streamlining of proposals, under supervision of the supervisor</li>

</ul>
