<p>We are now looking for a highly capable, driven, and ambitious Senior Account Manager to join our Healthcare team on the Pharmaceutical side.</p>

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>

<p>As a Senior Account Manager in our Pharma team, you will be a lead contact for key clients, delivering world-class communications and public relations strategies. You will manage complex projects with a high degree of independence, exercising sound judgment and strategic foresight.</p>

<p>This role offers an exciting opportunity to "act up" for the Account Director, lead media and stakeholder relations campaigns, and mentor a talented team of junior consultants.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Account Leadership:</strong> Act as a primary client contact, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business, therapeutic areas, and PR objectives.</li>

<li><strong>Campaign Delivery:</strong> Design and execute impactful media relations, patient advocacy, and digital/social campaigns tailored to the pharmaceutical sector.</li>

<li><strong>Strategic Foresight:</strong> Exercise sound judgment to manage complex client situations, including strategy shifts and issues/crisis management.</li>

<li><strong>Content Excellence:</strong> Write and deliver high-quality scientific and consumer-facing materials, including press releases, campaign plans, and annual programs.</li>

<li><strong>Team Development:</strong> Supervise, mentor, and actively support the professional growth of Account Executives and Interns on a day-to-day basis.</li>

<li><strong>Business Growth:</strong> Contribute to new business development, finding creative ways to grow existing client accounts and pitching to secure new pharmaceutical business.</li>

<li><strong>Financial & Resource Management:</strong> Manage project budgets, billing, and timelines efficiently to ensure maximum productivity and value for clients.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>About You</strong></p>

<p>You are an experienced PR and communications professional with a passion for healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and science. You are comfortable navigating the regulatory landscape of pharma communications while still bringing creativity and strategic thinking to the table.</p>

<p><strong>Your Experience & Skills:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Sector Experience:</strong> Proven experience working in healthcare/pharmaceutical PR, ideally within an agency environment.</li>

<li><strong>Media & Stakeholder Relations:</strong> A strong track record of managing media relations and working with medical stakeholders or patient advocacy groups.</li>

<li><strong>Writing & Communication:</strong> Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex medical data into compelling, compliant narratives.</li>

<li><strong>Crisis & Issue Management:</strong> Experience in providing support during sensitive client issues or crisis situations.</li>

<li><strong>Leadership & Collaboration:</strong> Strong supervisory and team-building skills, with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.</li>

<li><strong>Digital Savvy:</strong> A solid understanding of the digital/social media landscape and how it applies to healthcare communications.</li>
