<li>Lead creative projects across digital, bringing ideas to life with originality, strategic thinking, and precision using AI. </li>

<li>Lead and refine AI production workflows across projects, setting the standard for AI-integrated creative execution. </li>

<li>Own the content creation process end-to-end—from concept and scripting to execution—using AI as a creative accelerator. </li>

<li>Originate and pitch concepts that leverage the latest AI video and content technologies.</li>

<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to demonstrate how AI can solve complex or “impossible” creative briefs—faster, better, and more imaginatively. </li>

<li>Design and execute AI-driven social media strategies that grow reach, engagement, and conversions. </li>

<li>Spot trends early and translate them into compelling, platform-native content. </li>

<li>Collaborate with marketing, PR, and leadership teams to transform strategic ideas into engaging stories and campaigns. </li>

<li>Adapt content for different audiences while maintaining a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic. </li>

<li>Maintain and evolve client brand guidelines while integrating AI tools to improve scalability, efficiency, and creative experimentation. </li>

<li>Direct deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring work is on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards. </li>

<li>Experiment with emerging AI tools to streamline research, spark creativity, and optimize production workflows. </li>

<li>Track performance, test formats, iterate quickly, and optimize content based on data and results. </li>

<li>Direct and mentor a team of video creators, ensuring output meets high-end cinematic and creative quality standards.  </li>

<ul>

<li>7+ years of experience in visual design, art direction, and creative strategy. </li>

<li>A strong foundation in branding, visual design, and user experience. </li>

<li>High degree in Graphic and/or Web Design, or equivalent professional experience. </li>

<li>A powerful design portfolio demonstrating originality, innovation, problem-solving, and personal expression, ideally including AI-enhanced work. Portfolio should include examples of visual design, branding, presentation decks, graphic design, print, and information visualization, AI solutions. </li>

<li>Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Google AI models, VEO 3, OpenAI Nano Banana, Seedance, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms.</li>

<li>Experience with AI tools for content creation, ideation, editing, and trend analysis. </li>

<li>Ability to bridge the gap between traditional cinematic craft and the frontier of Generative AI. </li>

<li>Proven experience creating audiovisual content across digital channels. </li>

<li>Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). </li>

<li>Knowledge of designing social assets, visuals, video storytelling. </li>

<li>Strong understanding of what performs on each platform—and why. </li>

<li>Ability to hook trends, visuals, and data, turning ideas into scroll-stopping content that drives real results. </li>

<li>Experience generating content ideas and scripts and repurposing content efficiently across platforms. </li>

<li>A natural storyteller with excellent taste, style, and design sensibility. </li>

<li>Result-oriented mindset with a focus on reach, engagement, growth, and impact. </li>

<li>Ability to think in visuals, narratives, and data. </li>

<li>Highly motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently in support of the agency’s creative goals and the client’s business objectives. </li>
