<p class="p2"><strong>About the Role</strong></p>

<p class="p3">We are looking for a Senior Art Director to bring a globally-recognized beverage brand to life across all media platforms. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, the Senior Art Director will develop a vision of creative possibility in virtually any media and will have the ability to form dynamic working partnerships with every level of the team.</p>

<p class="p2"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li class="p3">Be a brand steward.</li>

<li class="p3">Ideate and execute sound creative ideas for client marketing materials in an efficient and economical manner.</li>

<li class="p3">Create concepts that show a thorough understanding of the strategy and are extendable into campaigns.</li>

<li class="p3">Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our client’s brand identity and implement it into all creative jobs.</li>

<li class="p3"><span class="s1">W</span>ork independently and collaboratively with a Copywriter partner to develop ideas, refine concepts and ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met.</li>

<li class="p3">Work with account supervisor and/or account executive to obtain project specifics: strategy, budget and schedule.</li>

<li class="p3">Team up with peers to overcome obstacles and create client success.</li>

<li class="p3">Offer client and team members innovative advice and solutions from industry examples and experience.</li>

<li class="p3">Help organize, maintain, and oversee creative standards and guidelines.</li>

<li class="p3">Offer insight on creative briefs and schedules.</li>

<li class="p3">Work within tight deadlines.</li>

<li class="p3">Mentor and onboard other writers as needed.</li>

<li class="p3">Prioritize workload and manage time effectively – personally and for the team as needed.</li>

<p class="p2"><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></p>

<ul>

<li class="p3">5-7 years of experience as an Art Director.</li>

<li class="p3">Interest and a strong understanding of TV, video, print, OOH, social media, and earned media.</li>

<li class="p3">Experience presenting to and working with clients and internal partners.</li>

<li class="p3">Demonstrated understanding of clients’ business needs, and the ability to concept and design compelling solutions that align with overall creative strategy.</li>

<li class="p3">Proven ability to listen, digest and resolve client feedback with a creative solution and a positive, can-do attitude.</li>

<li class="p3">Capable of working on multiple projects, small or large, with various project leads.</li>

<li class="p3">Strong creative and conceptual vision, with the ability to approach every assignment with a fresh perspective.</li>

<li class="p3">Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, especially in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.</li>
