We show respect and ensure that all voices are heard and ideas are valued throughout Onit Inc by intentionally creating space for open dialogue, active listening, and inclusive decision-making. We rely on employee surveys, collaborative workshops, and cross-functional forums to surface how associates think and feel about their workplace, and then we act on it. Multiple collaboration platforms and events. We are a MSFT centric organization and also share rewards and recognition through AwardCo, cross-functional meetups through The Wave where we are matched with others who joined to meet new people, and for a remote organization, we also travel to each other's office site including Pune, NZ, and Atlanta regularly. We have a News and Updates intranet, townhalls, AMAs with leaders, and multiple classes and events allowing cross-functional collaboration.
