About the Role

Servers at EWR are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and executing the OTG steps of service to the highest standards. Responsibilities include following OTG steps of service, standard operating procedures, greeting guests pleasantly, walking guests through the OTG ordering and payment system, highlighting menu, food and beverage options, making suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions/allergies, following the OTG cash handling and cash register policies, maintaining cleanliness within the restaurant's dining and service stations, and communicating with Chefs and Managers to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely manner.
