<p>That’s where we help. At Overstory, we use AI and advanced satellite imagery to pinpoint and prioritize vegetation risks before they materialize. By giving utilities critical analysis on those risks, we’re helping prevent outages, reduce wildfire risks, and accelerate the transition to a safer, more resilient grid.</p>

<p>We are looking for an AI-experienced Delivery Operations Manager to own and improve how we deliver results to customers across complex, multi-team workflows. </p>

<p>This is not a traditional project management role. You will design and implement AI systems that replace manual coordination with automation, reduce delivery risk, and give real-time visibility into progress across teams.You’ll work across Customer Success, Product and Engineering to ensure that fast paced, dependency-heavy delivery cycles stay on track—with fewer meetings, clearer ownership and earlier risk detection.</p>

<p>Our current AI toolkit: Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, NotionAI, Google Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Dust, Granola, Figma, NanoBanana</p>

<p><strong>Time Zone Requirement:</strong> North America - <strong>Strong Preference for East Coast </strong></p>

<h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>Design, implement and monitor scalable AI systems & workflows (not just manage work)</li>

<li>Drive execution across multi-week customer delivery cycles</li>

<li>Ensure clarity on timelines, dependencies, and ownership across teams</li>

<li>Replace manual status tracking with automated data capture</li>

<li>Create visibility and accountability</li>

<li>Anticipate and surface risks; proactively unblock teams</li>

<li>Drive cross-functional alignment across Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams </li>

</ul>

<h2><strong>Skills & Experience </strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or product/biz ops in dynamic technical product environments (enterprise B2B, SaaS) </li>

<li>Strong systems thinking - you simplify, automate, and scale</li>

<li>Demonstrated use of AI in day-to-day work beyond basic writing tasks</li>

<li>Proven track record of standing up and owning complex, cross-team processes</li>

<li>Comfortable operating in ambiguity and pushing execution forward</li>

<li>Genuine interest in working in climate; alignment with our values, commited to tackling the climate crisis together</li>

</ul>

<h2><strong>Nice To Have</strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>Direct experience or demonstrable interest in working in the energy/climate/utility space</li>

<li>Remote sensing experience </li>

<li>Experience working in globally distributed startup/scale up environments, especially in times of rapid growth</li>

<p>We are a group of 100 people from all over the world. Fifteen nationalities are represented in our team and at last count we speak fourteen languages: English, Dutch, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Luxembourgish, Lithuanian, Bulgarian, Cantonese, Estonian, and Danish.</p>

<p>We work remotely from eleven countries and are looking for candidates that are living and working in one of them: United States, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Estonia, Portugal, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark and Canada. We gather once a year in-person for our unforgettable team gathering event. We also offer the option to occasionally meet up for in-person collaboration. </p>
