However, we do offer opportunities for licensed therapists and psychiatric providers to join our team in a very part-time capacity as independent contractors (1099). These positions are specifically designed for evening and weekend availability, offering a flexible way to work with our organization while meeting the needs of clients during non-traditional hours. This initiative aligns with our mission to expand access to mental health services and serve our community while upholding our commitment to professionalism, integrity, and quality care.
