<p><strong>About the Job Opportunity</strong></p>
<p>The Account Manager, Federal Government supports the development and growth of strategic relationships across U.S. federal healthcare organizations, with primary focus on the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Defense Health Agency (DHA), and Indian Health Service (IHS).</p>
<p>This early-to-mid career role is ideal for a sales professional eager to build expertise in federal healthcare, service-based selling, and long-cycle account management. You will partner closely with senior account leaders to support account strategy, manage renewals and opportunities, and deliver medical equipment maintenance solutions that help federal customers meet mission-critical requirements.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<p><strong>Strategic Account Support &amp; Planning</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support account planning for assigned federal healthcare customers.</li>
<li>Learn and map customer organizations, decision-makers, and buying structures.</li>
<li>Assist with identifying growth opportunities across facilities and service lines.</li>
<li>Gradually assume greater ownership of accounts as experience grows.</li>

<p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Sales Execution, Renewals &amp; Opportunity Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the full sales lifecycle including qualification, proposals, pricing, and renewals.</li>
<li>Assist with renewal and retention of service agreements and maintenance assets.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams to align solutions to customer needs and budgets.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate opportunity, renewal, and pipeline data in CRM systems.</li>

<p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Customer &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build working relationships with HTM, facilities, supply chain, and contracting stakeholders.</li>
<li>Participate in customer meetings and reviews alongside senior account leaders.</li>
<li>Develop confidence presenting solutions and responding to customer needs.</li>
<li>Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for day-to-day inquiries.</li>

<li>Learn federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Support RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs in partnership with contracts and legal teams.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.</li>
<li>Share customer feedback to improve solutions and service execution.</li>

<li>10+ years of experience supporting or selling into U.S. federal, government, or public-sector customers in a sales, account management, customer success, or business development role.</li>
<li>Interest in government, healthcare, or service-based selling environments.</li>
<li>Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.</li>
<li>Comfort managing multiple stakeholders, tasks, and priorities.</li>
<li>Coachable mindset with desire to grow into a larger account ownership role.</li>
</ul>
