<h2><strong>The Team + The Role</strong></h2>

<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">The Senior Director, Demand Generation EMEA is a senior, hands-on leadership role owning Pendo's marketing pipeline across the region — UK, DACH, France, Nordics, and the Netherlands.</p>

<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">This is a rare opportunity to shape how Pendo grows across Europe. You'll work closely with regional sales leaders to build high-performing, pipeline-generating marketing programmes from the ground up — with real visibility into commercial leadership and a direct line into how new business and customer growth gets driven across EMEA.</p>

<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">We're not looking for someone to localise global campaigns. We're looking for a builder — someone who creates demand programmes from scratch, understands what resonates with European buyers, and can operate with genuine autonomy to lead the region.</p>

<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">You'll report to the VP of Revenue Marketing, based in North America, and work as part of a small, focused EMEA marketing team.</p>

<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">This is a hybrid role, based three days a week in our London office.</p>

<h2><strong>What this looks like day-to-day</strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>Owning and delivering Pendo's EMEA pipeline contribution target across all segments and sub-regions</li>

<li>Building original, EMEA-first demand generation programmes — digital, ABM, and account-based plays designed for European buyers</li>

<li>Partnering closely with EMEA Sales and SAles Leaders on account plans, pipeline coverage, and deal acceleration</li>

<li>Developing a coherent EMEA marketing strategy across diverse markets, languages, and buying behaviours — with particular depth in French and DACH</li>

<li>Serving as the primary EMEA voice in global marketing planning, advocating for regional needs and investment</li>

<li>Leading and developing the EMEA demand generation function, including the Director of Field Marketing</li>

<li>Defining the EMEA co-marketing strategy with regional partners, resellers, and SIs</li>

<li>Owning EMEA marketing performance reporting — pipeline contribution, ROI, funnel conversion, and marketing-attributed revenue</li>

<h2><strong>Must-haves</strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 3–5+ years in a senior demand generation or regional marketing leadership role</li>

<li>A proven track record of owning and hitting a pipeline number in a high-growth environment</li>

<li>Experience building demand generation programmes from scratch — not adapting global campaigns for regional use</li>

<li>Multi-market EMEA experience, with genuine depth in French and/or DACH markets</li>

<li>Experience working in or closely with a US-headquartered company, working autonomously from Europe</li>

<li>Comfortable operating in a small, lean team with a high degree of autonomy — you move without being told to</li>

<li>Data-driven, with confidence in attribution, forecasting, and performance analysis</li>

<li>A strong collaborator with Sales, and a people leader who builds high-trust, high-performance teams</li>

<li>Fluency in French or German would be ideal -  we need you to understand the language but also the culture </li>
