About the Role

At Petfolk, we’re reshaping veterinary care by blending exceptional medicine with hospitality-level experiences. We’re building a network of care centers led by empowered doctors, and we’re looking for a Regional Medical Partner (RMP) to help lead the way. As an RMP, you’ll oversee the medical quality, growth, and culture of multiple Petfolk Care Centers (PCCs). You’ll coach Partner Doctors, support associates, and collaborate with operations to ensure that every hospital delivers outstanding patient care and client experiences—while also achieving financial success.

Requirements

Grow the Business: Partner with operations and business intelligence to achieve financial and clinical goals (Revenue, service mix, utilization, and client growth).
Champion Petfolk’s Mission: Represent the veterinary profession both within Petfolk and in the broader community, embodying the highest standards of ethics and care.
