We are seeking a highly organised, commercially minded and proactive Commercial Paralegal to support our Head of Privacy and Chief of Staff. The successful candidate will be a core member of our legal team, who are instrumental in managing our in-house legal portfolio. You will work at the forefront of our business, supporting and advising a range of internal stakeholders and business units. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities including contract management, intellectual property, compliance initiatives, and legal document preparation and review.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Prior experience in a paralegal, legal coordinator or legal assistant role
- Experience and high levels of understanding of contract and commercial laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders across a business
- Proficiency in legal research and document management
- Familiarity with compliance standards and governance policies
- High level of familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
