Join one of the largest staffing firms in the U.S. Roth Staffing is hiring for a remote Human Resources Specialist to support the day-to-day administration of Human Resources programs and processes, with a strong focus on leave administration, compliance, HR operations, and benefits support. Working closely with the Director of Human Resources, the HR Specialist role serves as a trusted resources for our coworkers and the temporary/contract employees we place on assignment with our customers – our Ambassadors, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment laws.
