The Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences within various departments in the organization. Interns conduct in-depth market research, financial modeling, and competitive analysis to identify potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and innovation opportunities aligned with Royal Caribbean’s vision. They collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop strategic plans, assess risk, and facilitate cross-functional initiatives that enhance Royal Caribbean Group's global footprint and guest experiences. Working within a dynamic, global environment, MBA interns gain exposure to high-level strategic decision-making and complex project management.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or field of study with expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in related areas
