We are seeking a highly capable Lead Salesforce Administrator / Business Systems Analyst to take ownership of a growing Salesforce environment and drive both strategic and hands-on platform optimization. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, system design, and user experience, with a strong emphasis on improving usability, scalability, and overall platform performance. This individual will act as a key partner to business stakeholders, leading initiatives that enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and deliver a seamless, intuitive user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Salesforce Administration efforts within a complex, evolving environment
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Experience with a focus on UI/UX optimization
  • Hands-on experience with declarative tools including Flow, validation rules, and automation frameworks
  • Working knowledge of programmatic capabilities such as Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components is a plus
  • Experience supporting integrations and working within API-driven architectures
  • Strong reporting and analytics experience, with exposure to BI tools preferred
