The MuleSoft Architect & Team Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, securing, and optimizing MuleSoft Anypoint Platform solutions across a complex integration environment. This role will focus on building scalable integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems, supporting API-based connectivity, secure file transfers, and reliable data exchange processes. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for defining integration strategy, establishing best practices, supporting platform governance, and providing technical direction to MuleSoft engineers.

Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration and development
- Strong experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations
- Experience with API design, security, authentication, and management
- Practical experience managing secure file transfers, including sFTP, SSH keys, and access controls
- Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts including VPCs, VPNs, routing, and firewall configurations
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices
- Experience with MuleSoft runtime operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of integration governance, documentation, and enterprise architecture best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
