Audax Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the design, build, and enhancement of solutions within our Salesforce platform. This individual will be responsible for executing technical implementations across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and declarative automation to support critical business processes. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with the CRM team and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective, scalable solutions that support system performance and improve user experience, while maintaining long-term platform stability and supporting the firm’s continued growth. This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact platform in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a key player of the team, you will help enhance, streamline, and maintain our Salesforce environment, including the InvestorFlow managed package. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support the development of thoughtful CRM solutions, and help ensure reliable data integrity and system performance. This role will also support upcoming Salesforce implementations as additional business units are onboarded to the platform. The Developer will contribute to solution design, build, and rollout efforts, gaining exposure to end-to-end implementation work in a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to grow into increased ownership of integrations and platform architecture over time.
