Analyst, CEO Office

Executive Office

About the Role

At Sonar in the Computer Software space, The industry standard for code verification, trusted by 75% of Fortune 100..

Who is Sonar?

Sonar enables organizations to ship agentic code with confidence. Code creation is abundant, but confidence is scarce. Our core platform, SonarQube, verifies over 750 billion lines of code every day, delivering agentic verification and governance for all code. Trusted by more than 7 million developers and 75% of the Fortune 100, including teams at Nvidia, ServiceNow, Booking.com, Goldman Sachs, AstraZeneca, and Ford Motor Sonar, Sonar enables organizations to reduce outages, improve security, and lower the cost and risk of agentic software development. Founded in Geneva and now headquartered in Austin, Texas, Sonar has a global team working across offices and hubs, including Silicon Valley, London, Bochum, Barcelona, Singapore, Tokyo, and the Washington, D.C. area. At Sonar, we’re enabling enterprises to build agentic software factories that can move quickly while maintaining the control, consistency and evidence required to ship with confidence. Position Overview

We’re seeking a highly motivated, organized, and resourceful Analyst to join the CEO Office. You will work directly with the Chief of Staff (CoS) and the CEO, helping take on whatever comes up. One week that might mean helping the CEO prepare for high-profile events (e.g. World Economic Forum). The next, it might mean crunching the numbers to understand why a key metric is moving, or helping pull together Sonar kickoff.

This role is ideal for a curious, hands-on generalist who is comfortable with ambiguity, learns quickly, and can move between analysis, planning, writing, and execution without losing attention to detail. You will be a trusted partner to the CoS and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), helping the CEO Office run smoothly and keeping Sonar aligned.

Alongside ad hoc special project work, you will own a few ongoing workstreams: keeping our internal knowledge base accurate and structured so people and AI tools can find and use it, supporting internal events and presentations (e.g. all-hands, company kickoff), and constantly upskilling on the latest AI tools and capabilities to help the CEO Office work better and faster.

This position requires the ability to switch quickly between ongoing workstreams and urgent, one-off requests from the CEO Office. Success in this role hinges on rapid prioritization, attention to detail, and a flexible, can-do mindset.

Key Responsibilities

CoS Support & Special Projects

Serve as a dedicated resource to the CEO and CoS, and at times the rest of Senior Management, providing immediate and flexible support on high-priority, ad hoc projects as they come up; the nature and scope of projects are likely to be highly varied and at the discretion of the CEO/CoS

Run ad hoc analyses to help the CEO Office better understand the business, for example digging into why a metric is moving, pulling data from multiple sources, and turning findings into a clear summary with a recommendation

Support the coordination of executive activities, including briefing materials and follow-ups for key external meetings and events

Act as a central point of contact, connecting internal stakeholders and teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of critical projects

Prepare agendas, pre-reads, notes, and follow-ups for executive meetings and operating-rhythm forums, and track actions and decisions through to completion

AI & Ways of Working

Stay on top of new AI tools and capabilities, and keep testing them against real CEO Office work to see what makes us faster and better

Use AI day to day to speed up analysis, research, drafting, and preparation, and set the standard for what good looks like

Build and share repeatable workflows, prompts, and automations (for example Claude skills and agents) that the CEO Office and other teams can reuse

Share what you learn: help the CoS, ELT, and wider teams get practical with AI through demos, short guides, and hands-on support

Knowledge Base & Content Strategy

Update and maintain Sonar's internal knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with the latest company priorities; clean up, reorganize, and retire outdated documentation as necessary

Own the content strategy for our internal knowledge, defining how information is structured, labeled, and kept fresh so that AI tools (e.g., Glean, Claude) can find and use it to give accurate answers

Work with teams across Sonar to identify content owners, close gaps, and make sure important resources and updates are posted in the right place

Internal Events & Presentations

Support the planning and execution of all-hands meetings, managers meetings, and other large-scale internal presentations

Help plan and run the annual company kickoff, from agenda and logistics through content and follow-up

Assist in preparing materials for leadership, ensuring they are polished, on-brand, and aligned with company messaging

Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in management consulting or in a business role at a fast-paced scale-up; experience with internal or external communications is a plus

Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects on a fast timeline

Hands-on with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean, with a track record of using them to work faster and better

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, with experience building dashboards or reports a plus

Experience with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Confluence

Core Skills

Exceptional communicator: turns complex analysis into clear, polished decks, writes concise briefing documents for senior audiences, and drafts company-wide announcements with the right tone and clarity

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn messy data into a clear, concise takeaway

Discretion: maintains strict confidentiality and conducts oneself in a way befitting of the CEO Office

Professional presence with senior stakeholders inside and outside Sonar

Strong prioritization: manages competing demands and tight deadlines with impeccable attention to detail

Collaborative across functions, engaging with managers, leaders, and executives across the entire business

Growth mindset and real curiosity: constantly seeking to learn and upskill, especially on the latest AI tools

Proactive and solution-oriented, with a bias for action and the ownership to see work through from start to finish
