<p>Sploot Veterinary Care is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care in the form of Urgent & Primary Care Clinics, and we’re looking for a ROCKSTAR entry-level high-volume <strong>Talent Acquisition Specialist</strong> to join our team and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients.</p>

<p><strong>What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist: </strong></p>

<ul style="text-align: left;">

<li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, hourly roles, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience across multiple openings.</li>

<li>Conduct thorough screening and interviews of potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for high-volume roles.</li>

<li>Prepare and extend employment offers, clearly communicate compensation and benefits, and support candidate negotiations to ensure a positive, transparent hiring experience.</li>

<li>Collaborate with operations leaders to understand specific talent requirements and recruitment goals.</li>

<li>Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified veterinary professionals through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques.</li>

<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance, support, and information throughout the recruitment process.</li>

<li>Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely and efficient progress.</li>

<li>Support the planning and execution of recruitment events </li>

<li>Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and best practices in veterinary recruitment to remain competitive and innovative in talent acquisition efforts.</li>

<li>Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including candidate sourcing, pipeline status, and time-to-fill, to stakeholders and management.</li>

<li>This position is hybrid-based in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Denver, CO.</li>

<p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p>

<li>You are an energetic professional with at least two years of high-volume talent acquisition experience</li>

<li>You’re super organized and focused on efficiency, with an eye for detail  </li>

<li>You have strong presentation and communication skills</li>

<li>You are a team player and always looking to collaborate with others in the organization</li>

</ul>

<li>Previous experience with veterinary recruiting</li>

<li>Experience recruiting in a startup environment</li>

<li>Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS</li>

<p><strong>What we will provide you**:</strong></p>

<li style="text-align: left;">Competitive base pay or salary range: $65,000 - $85,000</li>
