I was struggling to configure the correct DevTools address, when running chrome in a docker container, on a different IP than where I run the tests. The auto detection in `findCDPInterface()` can successfully detect the DevTools port, but not the IP address. Allow to configure the DevTools address + port via the service configuration. For example: services: [ ['devtools', { debuggerAddress: '10.0.0.3:9222' }], ] The auto detection could be improved, but as a last resort it's still better to have direct control over the remote address imo. As a workaround I can set `chromeOptions.debuggerAddress` delayed in `before()`, so it will be picked up by the auto detection. If I don't delay the configuration until `before()` the DevTools connections seems to get established before chrome is running, and obviously fails.
