Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, research, and marketing to deliver high-quality experiences. Track and own core subscription health metrics—including conversion rates, churn, renewals, and lifetime value. Communicate experimentation strategy, performance and trade-offs to product peers and leadership What You'll Bring to the Team 5+ years of experience managing global subscription products, conversion funnels, or driving growth in consumer software. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience with experimentation and A/B testing and evaluating results (e.g. conversion rate, trial-to-paid, plan mix shift, LTV) A calm, adaptable operator who thrives amidst rapid change, bringing clarity and focus to a fast-paced environment. Action-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize work and solve complex problems, balancing a high quality user experience with revenue impact.
