This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, simplifying complex organizational challenges, and building practical solutions that improve how teams work together. Your impact will be measured by the repeatable mechanisms you build that make operational excellence easier to achieve across the team.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and improve repeatable, lightweight execution mechanisms that track program status, communicate progress, surface execution risks on a regular cadence, and escalate blockers to the appropriate stakeholders.

Partner closely with your immediate Ops team and one or two cross-functional leads across Tax Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve cross-functional planning, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives

Identify execution friction, process gaps, and process breakdowns, and recommend scalable improvements that strengthen operational effectiveness

Establish meaningful metrics and reporting that provide visibility into execution health and support data-informed decision making

Facilitate cross-functional reviews, planning sessions, and execution forums that help teams align, resolve blockers, and deliver measurable outcomes

Monitor initiatives through rollout, evaluate outcomes, and drive follow-up improvements or remediation where needed
