Working closely with Brand, Creative, and agency partners, we turn strong ideas into high-quality storytelling that informs and engages audiences. The team also tests new creative approaches, uses performance and community insights to refine what works, and shares learnings across the organization.</p>

<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>Brand extension into organic social </strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Steward Link’s brand promise, brand voice and tone and creative standards for the organic social channels (in particular, Instagram, TikTok, and X); you're the internal authority on what on-brand looks like within the organic channel working in close partnership with our head of brand internally </li>

<li>Translate Link’s broader brand positioning into social-specific strategies and briefing frameworks the agency can work from with clear guardrails</li>

<li>Evaluate and pressure-test agency-originated ideas for brand integrity before they get produced; catch what's off and redirect with specificity.</li>
