<h2 id="what-youll-do">What you’ll do</h2>

<p>We’re looking for a consultative, creative recruiter to grow and scale our Business and Core teams in APAC. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, shape hiring strategy, and deliver a strong candidate experience.</p>

<h2 id="responsibilities">Responsibilities</h2>

<ul>

<li>Fulfill junior-level and high-volume requisitions while scaling teams across the Stripe Delivery Center in Singapore.</li>

<li>Partner with internal stakeholders with different priorities to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies that meet headcount goals.</li>

<li>Partner closely with Recruiting Analytics to ensure accurate reporting on hiring progress for the business.</li>
