<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Support the Regional sales leaders with intelligence and insight to accelerate growth;</li>

<li>Support the Sales Strategy and Operations colleagues by standardizing global and regional common process that is currently decentralized;</li>

<li>Provide a deep dive into key performance metrics and drive deep understanding of business performance;</li>

<li>Problem solve and provide structure analysis outcomes for complex sales operations challenges through data, analytics and insight;</li>

<li>Identify new opportunities and areas of productivity efficiency gains for Regional sales leadership;</li>

<li>Participate in projects defining go-to-market approaches, as well as in regular business and resource planning. </li>

<li>Run analysis on key performance metrics, and provide relevant insights for managing the business;</li>

<li>Oversee the implementation of enabling systems and tools, and work closely with internal systems teams;</li>

<li>Prepare weekly senior leader forecast materials and provide ongoing updates on key business growth/metrics to leadership teams; and</li>

<li>Manage bespoke projects and effectively manage stakeholders.</li>

<h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3>

<p>Must have a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management and Systems, or a related field, plus seven (7) years of related experience in Sales, Strategy, and Operations, of which at least five (5) years must be post-bachelor's progressive work experience. In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Master's Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management and Systems, or a related field, plus five (5) years of related work experience in Sales, Strategy, and Operations.</p>

<p>Must also have five (5) years of experience with each of the following:</p>

<ul>

<li>SQL and other advanced analytic tools to develop and run complex SQL queries and analyze large data sets;</li>

<li>BI visualization tools, including Tableau; and</li>

<li>Working with data and large data sets to identify trends and create insights to make recommendations to senior leaders.</li>

</ul>

<p>Must also have four (4) years of experience with the following:</p>

<ul>

<li>Using AI to improve productivity and reduce manual processes, and automated reporting dashboards.</li>

</ul>

<p>Must also have three (3) years of experience with each of the following:</p>

<ul>

<li>Manage cross-functional stakeholders and managing expectations and timelines; and</li>

<li>Working with and manipulating large data sets to deliver deep analyses and actionable insights.</li>

</ul>

<p>Multiple positions available.</p>

<p>Salary: $155,800.00 - $233,600.00/yr</p>

<p>This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions /sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.</p>

<p>40 hrs/week</p>

<p><strong>50% Telecommuting permitted.</strong></p>

<p>Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends. <strong>NY65</strong></p>
