<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Drive technical innovation to support automation and efficiency, serving both Stripe users and internal teams;</li>
<li>Collaborate with user-facing teams to understand operational challenges and implement robust technical solutions;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Design and implement features to power Stripe's global 24/7 support operation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Write high-quality, well-tested code with appropriate monitoring and observability;</li>
<li>Build support for initiatives by sharing compelling data, and measure outcomes to demonstrate successful execution;</li>
<li>Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions;</li>
<li>Partner with product and design teams to deliver excellent user experiences.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3>
<p>Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of software development experience.</p>
<p>Must also have 3 years of experience in each of the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Building production software systems with well-tested code;</li>
<li>Front-end and back-end software development;</li>
<li>Designing, building, and maintaining functional applications including web-based agent tooling platforms, case management and routing systems;</li>
<li>Integrating and maintaining multiple systems and processes including cloud-based infrastructure platforms, database systems, API gateways, authentication systems, and CI/CD pipelines;</li>
<li>Developing software solutions that support internal operations or customer workflows;</li>
<li>Writing software in Ruby, React, or TypeScript;</li>
<li>Building and maintaining high-throughput API services; and</li>
<li>Improving system performance and operational efficiency</li>
</ul>
<p>Salary: $161,637.00 - $213,800.00/yr.</p>
<p>This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions / sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.</p>
<p>40 hrs/week</p>
<p>100% Telecommuting permitted.</p>
<p>Multiple Positions Available.&nbsp;</p>
