<h3 id="about-the-team">About the team</h3>

<p>The Environments team is part of the Workplace organization at Stripe, within the broader Finance organization. The team combines expertise in project delivery, interior design, and space planning to create welcoming, functional spaces that balance operational integrity with craft, beauty, and moments of whimsy.</p>

<p>The team applies consistent global principles and high standards while responding to local culture, context, and user needs. The goal is to create workplaces that function intuitively, reflect Stripe, and help employees do their best work.</p>

<p>You'll shape and deliver workplaces across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, leading projects that range from targeted improvements to complex fit-outs and major developments. You'll partner with regional and global teams to turn workplace strategy and standards into spaces that respond to local context and user needs.</p>

<p>This role requires travel within Europe and occasional international travel based on project needs.</p>
